As an experienced SIP contractor, we specialize in construction utilizing structural insulated panels (SIPs). SIPs are environmentally friendly (green building), more energy efficient, less wasteful, structurally sound, and much faster to build with than conventional "stick" framing, which provides customers peace of mind and savings for years to come. Located along the Central Oregon Coast, we also specializes in building structures that face severe weather conditions typical of coastal exposure. SIPs allow for rapid construction early in the project to reduce the time rains have to soak the jobsite. We also research current products available to help you make the best choice about what to use in your home that can withstand the weather while looking attractive. |

Ares Construction and Design, Inc. provides custom home construction along the Central Oregon Coast. You can bring your own plans, or we can help you design your dream home. We are selective in the homes we build, pay close attention to use quality materials, focus on quality craftsmanship without cutting corners, and strive make home building a pleasant experience for the homeowner. At this time, we do not offer residential remodeling services (ie: kitchen or bathroom remodels), though we may schedule home additions (even if they involved some demolition). |
